I've been trying a new workout called Insanity because I wanted to get fit. It's supposed to be a program which is 60 days straight but I only managed to do it once a week for around a month before quitting.
However, I did lose some weight because I supplemented the exercise with basketball around twice a week and cut back on my food portions and carbs. The only thing is...I actually didn't want to lose weight; I wanted to get more fit, more defined and build some muscle.
I just watched the introductory video above and I'm quite motivated to start again once I work up enough guts. It's honestly quite torturous to get through some of the workouts.
I think I'll start again beginning March and target twice a week rather than following the actual daily programe. Anyone want to join me and be a comrade of pain and suffering?
