Exercise update: The end of 2012


The last two weeks of exercise...there's really no point to update. But I basically owe the penalty jar a lot more money.

But the year is coming to an end and I can start on a clean slate in January.

I'm not going to set any specific goals or targets because that doesn't really work for me. I'm just going to maintain my guideline of trying to do a minimum of three workouts a week and try to eat healthier.

If I end 2013 feeling a bit fitter and stronger, and with a bit more muscle mass than right now, I'll be happy enough.
